ICSL Job Update – SALES MANAGER

Due to expansion our client is searching for individuals with business foresight, who are proficient in sales activities for the above mentioned role.

Qualification: B.sc in Marketing, Economics or related field
Age: Not more than 35 Years
Location – Ibadan


Responsibilities
•Develop comprehensive strategic sales plan for the organization.
•Set sales targets, with frequent reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Identify new market opportunities in terms of market penetration and expanding regional coverage.
•Ensure that all branches and outstations meet their weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
•Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan.
•Develop effective incentive program for sales representatives.
•Coordinating all administrative sales activities on a day to day basis.

Skills & Experience
•At least 7-10years experience in sales, with 5 of those in a managerial role in FMCG industry.
•Experience in leadership or managerial roles.
•Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
•Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
•Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Innovation and Creativity.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent people development/Coaching skills.
•Willingness to travel.
